The coldest season arrives and chocolate becomes the best product to consume. To welcome winter, we held a Kunstmann Chocolate Seasonal beer tasting, in our exclusive Kunstmann Kneipe beer bars, Isla Teja, Valdivia and Bellavista in Santiago.
The activity included class on how consuming this specialty, type of glass to be used, temperature and others. It was also served with special dishes to pair, among them, chicken stuffed with cream cheese, risotto of brown rice and barley, smoked pork beef with apple sauce and, the key actors, delicious desserts with chocolate as the main ingredient.
We invited Carmelita Ossa, traditional bakery with over 20 years surprising with delights, to participate in this sweet event. On this occasion, she presented five different varieties of using chocolate, such as, Indian Summer, a dessert with three types of chocolate and hazelnut; Pavlova with caramelized meringue and stuffed with milk jam and bitter chocolate; the famous “Chocolate Cake” of pancakes with chocolate and milk, and a “Chocolate Nougat” with bitter chocolate, nuts, almonds and raspberries.
On this occasion, the event was focused on journalists and gastronomy specialized media, to make them participants and receive their feedback of our seasonal beer, Kunstmann Chocolate.
