A beer recently developed at Belgian school. They use the term Blond, unlike French or Americans who spell Blonde.
Golden color, unfiltered beer viewed as alternative to typical one pale “lager”. Its greater aromatic complexity provided by yeast, with subtle fruity-spiced enhanced by coriander seeds which make a “spicy” sensations in mouth.
Very nice to serve with red meats, pastas, bittersweet and slightly spicy dishes. We can include Asian dishes and cheeses like Camembert or Brie.
